Iris – the rain bow – April is the month of Iris. Iris are one of the most beautiful groups of flowers. There are many species and many varieties. They grow all over the world and are beautiful as wild flowers and garden flowers. My next set of photos is a tribute to the Iris. This is one of the original species that has contributed to modern Iris species.
